Brad and Tanner have a combined 19 years of construction and remodel experience. Over the last ten years, they’ve been proud union members working commercial construction in Seattle and Bellevue. During this time both have owned and remodeled multiple properties, while helping family and friends improve their homes. Focused in Pierce and South King County, Modern Outdoor Builders specializes in fences, decks, sheds, tiny homes, garages, and patios.
